My Boring Life

Meet Madalyn Means. She's 17 years old. Wakes up every morning to the same boring alarm, showers, puts on her ordinary clothes and off to school she goes. She didn't really have anything too exciting going on in her life. Although she was a dancer. It was her life. She breathed it!! This was until her life changed. One lift and not holding herself correctly made it so she couldn't move from her waist down.. She would never walk, never dance again.

Is there going to be a way that she can dance again?
Who's fault was it?
If it was her partner's, Did he do it on purpose?

Keep your head high

This is for the girls who struggle with feeling beautiful
Girls with eating disorders.
Boys with eating disorders.
Those who are addicted to Heroin just because they wanted to bond with a sibling.
This is for the women who close their eyes while finding another woman's underwear in their husbands briefcase... This is for the husbands and dad's who have lost their job and feel useless.
This is for all my rehab girls who have to live every day one at a time with their addictions.
This is for the single mom's who are raising ll their kids on their own!
This is for the girls who feel like they have to sell themselves for jerk's satisfaction.
This is for the teachers who try so hard and feel that they are getting no where.
This is for you.

Gandhi

School for me is like a fish being out of water.
It's uncomfortable.
I'm surrounded by all of the same people who care more about
their jean brand, than their education...
When will we own ourselves completely?
When will clothes, sports, and color not define us?
What does that make us then?
I keep forgetting to accept everybody.. No matter how they live their lives.
In my head, i imagine a world where nobody's out to hurt anybody else.
We're not all equal...that isn't life..
But where everyone can be themselves.
We all live up to our potential.
I really don't know if any of this makes sense.
Maybe what i want..what i see is fiction.
i hope not.
